Deon Point, creative director of Concepts, oversaw the project drawing inspiration from Thanksgiving dinner, with the name "TurDUNKen" being a nod to the famous turducken, a traditional American stuffed poultry. A concept as precise as it is offbeat, backed by a house known for its carefully curated thematic drops.
The silhouette takes on the High format of the Nike Dunk High, featuring materials that evoke the festive textures of the autumn season, layered leathers, warm tones and details crafted to match the culinary theme. The Special Box reinforces the collector's appeal of the pair, with packaging designed specifically for the occasion.
This model is part of the long series of thematic collaborations between Concepts and Nike SB, two entities that share a strong narrative approach in the construction of their releases.
