How do I choose my Nike size?

Do Nike run small or large?
It depends on the model. Most Nike run true to size (Dunk, Air Max 1, Vomero). Air Force 1 runs large (go 0.5 down). Air Max 95 and 97 run small (go 0.5 up).
What's the difference between Men's US and Women's US?
Women's US size is generally 1.5 sizes above Men's US for the same foot length. For example, Men's US 8 equals Women's US 9.5.
