General Terms of Use

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms of Use") govern access to and use of the website www.geturbrick.com (hereinafter the "Site"), published by GETURBRUCK, a French SAS (simplified joint-stock company) with capital of 1,000 €, registered with the RCS de Nanterre under number 953 293 651, whose registered office is located in Colombes (92).

Access to the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.

• "User", any person who accesses and browses the Site.
• "Customer": a User who makes a purchase on the Site.
• "Account", a User's personal space on the Site.
• "Site", the website www.geturbrick.com.
• "Content", all elements published on the Site (text, images, videos, logos, etc.).

The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with internet access. The costs associated with this access (equipment, connection) remain the User's responsibility.

Creating an Account is free and gives access to additional features (order history, wishlist, etc.).
