These General Terms of Use (hereinafter « Terms ») govern access to and use of the website www.geturbrick.com and the Geturbrick mobile application (hereinafter the « Site »), published by the company GETURBRUCK, SAS with a capital of 1,000 €, registered with the RCS de Nanterre under number 953 293 651, whose registered office is located in Colombes (92).

Access to the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

• « User » — any person who accesses the Site and browses it.
• « Customer » — User who makes a purchase on the Site.
• « Account » — personal space of the User on the Site.
• « Site » — the website www.geturbrick.com and the Geturbrick mobile application.
• « Content » — all elements published on the Site (texts, images, videos, logos, etc.).

The Site is freely accessible to any User with access to the Internet. Costs related to this access (equipment, connection) remain the responsibility of the User.

GETURBRUCK implements reasonable means to ensure quality access to the Site, without being bound by any obligation of result. It reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the Site for maintenance reasons or any other reason, without notice or compensation.

The Site allows the User to:

• Browse the catalogue (sneakers, clothing, accessories)
• Purchase Products online
• Create and manage a personal Account
• Track the status of their orders
• Access the Geturbrick mobile application

Product descriptions are prepared with the greatest care. GETURBRUCK cannot, however, guarantee the absence of errors or omissions.

Account creation is free and provides access to additional features (order history, wishlist, etc.).

The User undertakes to provide accurate information, keep it up to date and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any connection to the Account is presumed to be made by the User themselves; in case of fraudulent use, they must inform Geturbrick without delay.

GETURBRUCK reserves the right to suspend or delete any Account in case of non-compliance with these Terms.

By using the Site, the User agrees to:

• Use it in a lawful manner and in accordance with its intended purpose
• Not infringe the rights of third parties
• Not disseminate illicit, defamatory or immoral content
• Not attempt to fraudulently access the Site or its systems

All Content (texts, images, logos, trademarks, videos, graphics, etc.) is protected by intellectual property law. It is the exclusive property of GETURBRUCK or its partners.
