The Nike Cortez Light Armory Blue is one of the oldest silhouettes from Nike. Born in 1972, the Cortez is the brand's first commercially released running shoe. Its simple construction and low profile made it a reference far beyond sport, adopted by pop culture, cinema and street style from the 1980s onwards.
This colorway features the upper in a subtle Armory blue, somewhere between navy and blue-grey. The materials combine patent leather and mesh on the upper, with a structured white sole that provides a subtle contrast with the overall aesthetic. The lateral swoosh sits within the same colour palette for a cohesive and refined result.
