Description

The Nike Air Max BW Persian Violet makes its grand return at Nike for the first time since March 2016. This re-release revives one of the most beloved colorways of the BW silhouette, with its visible Air unit remaining the model's flagship technical feature.

The upper is composed almost entirely of soft black leather, enhanced by the characteristic purple rubber Swoosh that gives the colorway its name. The midsole adopts a yin and yang aesthetic with a split between black and white, the white section housing the signature translucent Air unit.

This soothing two-tone combination is energized by bright orange accents on the rubber Swoosh, the thick collar and padded tongue. The BW model thus perpetuates the Air Max heritage with its visible cushioning technology, the cornerstone of this line since the 90s.
