The Nike Air Max 95 OG Big Bubble Photon Dust Bright Violet is one of the most recognisable silhouettes in the Nike catalogue. Designed in 1995 by Sergio Lozano, the Air Max 95 draws inspiration from human anatomy: the upper's layered structure echoes the back muscles, while the sole replicates the spine. The "Big Bubble" version restores the original XL Air unit, just as it was at its original release.
The colourway plays on a Photon Dust base, a subtle powdery grey, elevated by Bright Violet accents on the overlays and upper details. The overlays layer in gradient, true to the layered construction that defines the Nike Air Max 95. The breathable mesh base contrasts with structured suedes and synthetics on the surface.
This iteration follows Nike's OG approach, bringing back into production the colourways and constructions closest to the original 90s versions.
