Q: Are the products authentic?

Yes, every accessory is 100% authentic. It ships with a certificate of authenticity and its original packaging, which is why we’re rated 4.8/5 on Trustpilot.

Q: How do you verify authenticity?

Every accessory is checked by our experts before it ships: markings, lining, zips, metal hardware and original packaging. It leaves with its authenticity tag, the proof of that check.

Q: Not sure about sizing?

Most of our accessories are one size. For caps and beanies, go by your head circumference; belts run in US sizes and socks in shoe sizes. Still unsure? Our team helps you out, Monday to Friday.

Q: What are the shipping times?

Three shipping times, depending on the size: within 48 h for items in stock in our warehouse, in 3 to 6 business days for offers from partners near our main warehouse, always sourced and authenticated by us, in 5 to 10 business days for everything else. Transit comes on top: 24 to 72 h in Europe. Dispatch dates are shown in the shipping options once you pick your size. Free shipping over 175€ in France and the EU.

Q: Do you accept returns?

Yes, you have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, straight from your account via the "Withdraw and return my order" button. Try the item as you would in a shop: beyond that, the loss in value we observe is deducted from the refund. Sealed hygiene items (underwear, socks) are only taken back sealed.

Description

Labels and product reference
Original packaging and hygiene seal where there is one

What you receive:

An item brand new, never used
