Q: How do you verify authenticity?

Every piece is checked by our experts before it ships: composition labels, screen printing and embroidery, stitching, season code and hangtags. It leaves with its authenticity tag, the proof of that check.

Q: Not sure about sizing?

Our streetwear runs in letter sizes, XS to XXL. Fits vary from brand to brand and many pieces run oversized: check our clothing size guide, or go with your usual fit for the brand. Still unsure? Our team helps you out, Monday to Friday.

Q: What are the shipping times?

Three shipping times, depending on the size: within 48 h for items in stock in our warehouse, in 3 to 6 business days for sizes offered with this option, in 5 to 10 business days for everything else. Transit comes on top: 24 to 72 h in Europe. Dispatch dates are shown in the shipping options once you pick your size. Free shipping over 175€ in France and the EU.

Q: Do you accept returns?

Yes, you have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, straight from your account via the "Withdraw and return my order" button. Try the item as you would in a shop: beyond that, the loss in value we observe is deducted from the refund. Sealed hygiene items (underwear, socks) are only taken back sealed.

Important: Keep the Geturbrick tag attached until you are sure you keep the item. An item returned without its tag can no longer be sold as new: the loss in value we observe is deducted from the refund.

Second life

This garment has already contributed to the French textile recycling scheme: as soon as it enters France, Geturbrick pays an eco-contribution to the approved eco-organisation, which funds the collection, sorting and recycling of used clothing.
