The Salomon XT-6 atmos "Stars Collide" is the result of a collaboration between Salomon and Japanese retailer atmos, realised in 2023. The concept revolves around celestial collision: stars and speckled soles create a cohesive visual language around this astral universe. From a technical standpoint, this XT-6 features a waterproof GORE-TEX membrane, an ACS midsole chassis and a Contagrip outsole for grip on varied terrain.
The colorway plays with dark tones enhanced by speckle projections that evoke a moving starry sky. The materials combine technical mesh overlays and textured prints, true to the trail DNA of the silhouette. For other waterproof versions of this model, the Salomon XT-6 Gore-Tex collection groups together several colorways of the same calibre, including the XT-6 Gore-Tex Black Silver.
