This collaboration follows the success of the 2018 990v3 "Urban Grey", confirming a refined and cohesive aesthetic between the two entities. Originally designed by Jonathan Bacon, the 992 introduced ABZORB Stability Insock technology to the Boston brand's lineup, with ABZORB cushioning positioned at the heel and forefoot.
The construction combines premium suede and technical mesh, two materials that define JJJJound's minimalist approach. Neutral grey tones dominate the silhouette, directly echoing the chromatic vocabulary of the "Urban Grey" while embracing 2000s American running codes. The model's structured lines remain faithful to the original technical design.
