The New Balance 550 Shadow revisits the New Balance basketball silhouette with a desaturated palette of shadowed tones. Originally designed for the courts in the 80s, the 550 was resurrected by Teddy Santis and his Aimé Leon Dore label in the early 2020s, propelling this model to the heart of contemporary sneaker culture. The Shadow version follows this momentum with a more muted and contrasting chromatic approach.

The smooth leather and overlaid suede upper showcases dark hues that play with depth effects. The lateral panels feature the signature 550 overlays, with the prominent "N" in relief on the side. The whole structure sits on a thick off-white sole that creates a subtle contrast with the upper tones.

This "Shadow" colorway fits into the trend of toned-down iterations that have defined the 550 since its return to the spotlight.

Shop items shipping within 48 h

Do you accept returns?

Yes, you have 14 days after delivery to withdraw, from your account via the "Withdraw and return my order" button, for deliveries in the European Union or the EEA. The item must come back in the condition you received it: new, unworn, complete with its box, accessories and tags. Otherwise, its loss in value is deducted from the refund, up to 100% of the price. Sealed hygiene items (underwear, socks) are only taken back sealed.
