The Jordan 1 Retro High OG Defiant SB LA to Chicago was born from a collaboration between Jordan Brand and Nike SB, two universes that rarely converge. This project celebrates the cultural journey between Los Angeles and Chicago, the two founding cities of sneaker culture in the United States. A pair conceived as a tribute to those who wore the silhouette on the streets long before resale culture.
The design plays with a two-sided palette: one half draws from Chicago's codes, the other pays homage to Los Angeles. Premium leather construction blends with details specific to the skate universe, featuring a reinforced sole and contrasting stitching characteristic of Air Jordan 1 High releases. Each side tells its own colorful story.
This model is part of the lineage of Jordan x Nike SB collaborations, which bring together two cultures of sport and street around a silhouette born in 1985.
