The Hoka One One Bondi B3LS Marni Poinciana is born from a collaboration between Hoka and Italian fashion house Marni. This co-designed project reinterprets the Bondi through a pop-art lens: a vibrant, saturated monochrome hue covers the entire silhouette, transforming the maximalist dad shoe into an unapologetic fashion object.
The Poinciana colorway, an intense tropical red-orange, spreads uniformly across the generously padded upper. The upper receives a monolithic treatment that erases details in favour of a striking visual effect. The thick sole, signature of the Bondi, contrasts in mass with the chromatic simplicity chosen by Marni.
This collaboration is part of the trend of fashion houses taking over running to offer a skewed and graphic interpretation, far from traditional sporting codes.
