General terms and conditions of sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all sales concluded on the website www.geturbrick.com and the geturbrick mobile application (hereinafter the "Site"), published by the company GETURBRUCK , SAS with a capital of €1,000, registered with the RCS of Nanterre under number 953 293 651, whose registered office is located in Colombes (92) (hereinafter the "Seller").

The Customer declares having read these Terms and Conditions and accepts them without reservation prior to placing their Order.

“Client” : any adult individual or legal entity that places an Order on the Site.

“Order” : purchase of one or more Product(s) on the Site.

“Product” : any item offered for sale on the Site (sneakers, clothing, accessories).

“Site” : the website www.geturbrick.com and the geturbrick mobile application.

"Seller" : GETURBRUCK company.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of Products offered by the Seller to the Customer.

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect at the time the Customer validates the Order.

The Products offered for sale are described on the Site as accurately as possible. The photographs of the Products are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness to the physical product.

All products sold on the Site are 100% new and authentic . Each product is checked by our team of experts before shipment and has a sealed geturbrick Verified tag guaranteeing its authenticity.

The Seller reserves the right to remove any Product from the Site at any time and to modify the information concerning it.

The Customer places an Order on the Site by following the online ordering process. The Order is only definitively validated after confirmation of payment.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Order for legitimate reasons, including in the event of:

• Payment problem
• Existing dispute with the Client
• Abnormal or fraudulent order
• Product Unavailability

A confirmation email is sent to the Customer after the Order has been validated.

Product prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Delivery costs are shown before order confirmation.

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Shop Pay

Payment is secured by our payment provider. Bank details are encrypted and are not stored by the Seller.

The order is confirmed after payment is accepted.

The Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the Order. The Seller delivers to mainland France, French overseas departments and territories, and Europe .

Delivery methods and costs:

• Pickup Point (Colissimo): €8.80 – Delivery in 3-4 business days
• Home delivery (Chronopost): from €10 – Delivery in 24 to 72 business hours

Free delivery on orders over €220.

Delivery times are estimates only. Products marked "Express 48H" are in stock in our warehouses and shipped quickly. Other products are initially sourced from our network of suppliers.

A signature is required upon receipt of the package.

Ownership of the Products is transferred to the Customer only after full payment of the price.

In accordance with Articles L.216-4 and L.216-5 of the French Consumer Code, GETURBRUCK SAS remains responsible for the proper execution of the delivery until the Product is received by the Customer. In the event of loss or damage to the package during transport, the Customer must contact the Seller, who will handle the necessary procedures with the carrier and offer a suitable solution (replacement of the Product or refund).

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

Return conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all its tags attached.
• The sealed Geturbrick Verified tag must be intact
• The original packaging must be kept

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at contact@geturbrick.com to obtain the return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the Product is returned with a defect (worn, tag removed, damaged), the return will be refused and the Product returned to the Customer at their expense.

The refund is processed within 72 hours of receiving and verifying the returned product.

All Products sold on the Site benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Guarantee of authenticity:

geturbrick guarantees the authenticity of all products sold. Each product is checked by our experts and bears a sealed geturbrick Verified tag.

The Seller shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, stock shortage at its suppliers, or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.

The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the Order.

We are committed to responding within 24 to 48 business hours.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge in order to resolve the dispute amicably.

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code concerning the amicable settlement of disputes, GETURBRUCK SAS is a member of the FEVAD (French Federation of E-commerce and Distance Selling) Consumer Mediation Service, whose contact details are: BP 20015 - 75362 PARIS CEDEX 8 - https://www.mediateurfevad.fr . After consumers have first contacted Geturbrick in writing, the Mediator Service may be contacted for any consumer dispute that has not been resolved.

The Customer may also submit their complaint on the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

The personal data collected during the ordering process is necessary for processing the order. It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

The Client has the right to access, rectify, delete and transfer their data.

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, trademarks) are protected by intellectual property law and are the exclusive property of geturbrick.

Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
