The Jordan 6 Retro Washed Denim (GS) revisits the classic Air Jordan 6 silhouette with a bold textile treatment directly inspired by denim culture. The Jordan, a model created by Tinker Hatfield and worn by Michael Jordan during his first championship season in 1991, features here an upper entirely constructed in washed denim, playing on the contrasts between worn materials and darker sections.
Three intensities of denim wash are distributed across the upper: a deeper rear area in deep indigo, a central section with light and faded tones, and dark denim overlays that mimic the natural wear of a well-worn pair of jeans. The final result evokes a vintage pair of jeans, transposed onto the recognizable structure of the Jordan 6. Black elephant print details contrast the overall design to recall the basketball heritage of the model.
