A small seal we stick on one shoe (or on the box for non-sneakers) once we've validated the pair's authenticity. It's our signature.

Two purposes:

  • For you: visual confirmation your pair was inspected and validated by our team
  • For us: if you return the pair, we know it's the one we sent

⚠️ Important: don't break the seal until you're sure you're keeping the pair. Broken seal = return refused.

How can I be sure when the parcel arrives?

Three things to check the moment your parcel lands:

  1. The Geturbrick Verified seal is intact on the pair (or on the box)
  2. The original box is inside, with every accessory (laces, paper, dust bag where applicable)
  3. The pair itself: no defects, matches what you expected

Have the pairs been worn or tried on?

No, absolutely not. Every pair we ship is brand new, never worn, never tried on.

You receive:

  • The original box, intact
  • The packaging (paper stuffing, stickers)
  • The accessories (spare laces, hang tags, dust bag where applicable)

If a pair arrives at our studio with any defect (scratch, yellowed sole, missing accessory), it doesn't go on sale. Period.

Returns & exchanges

What should I do if there’s a problem with my order?

If you notice any issue (defective product, wrong item, damaged parcel), contact us immediately at contact@geturbrick.com.

Important: Take photos of the issue and keep all packaging. That helps us process your request quickly.

Our team will reply within 24h to find a solution.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, as long as your order isn’t already being prepared.

Send us a message as soon as possible at contact@geturbrick.com with your order number.

Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You’ll need to file a return request instead.

Can I request a refund?

Yes — you have 14 days after delivery to request a refund.

Conditions:

  • Brand-new, never worn, never washed
  • Original tags and packaging intact
  • Box in perfect condition

The refund is processed within 72 hours after we receive and verify the return.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Returns: You have 14 days to return an item. Return shipping is at your expense (unless we made a mistake).

Exchanges: We don’t do direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or model, return the item and place a new order.
